Henry is a cross-platform independent product consultant who helps companies create, deploy, and scale high-quality MVPs and infrastructures. He believes in creating intuitive and engaging user-centric products, and making data-informed decisions. He also provides training on agile processes and productivity.


Rooted in Experience.

As an independent product consultant at NBCUniversal (Consumer Product Strategy division of TV Everywhere), he was given end-to-end product ownership for the TVE cable brand video streaming applications (the “Now” properties) across mobile and connected devices, and tasked with an ambitious roadmap. He managed a team of designers, researchers, and engineers, and worked with key stakeholders across the organization to develop, deploy, and scale high-quality, consumer focused MVPs. Over the period of 9 months, his team was responsible for the launches of 20+ flagship scale brand apps, increasing the cable TVE footprint across Roku, Apple TV, and Android by over 400%.



Prior to NBC Universal, he consulted for newly launched iOS dating app Tribe , providing strategic product and technical direction through design and MVP audits, iterative feature definition, and team coaching. He also guided initial KPIs and analytics strategy, and provided technical direction with implementation. He developed a 6-month post-launch roadmap, and provided tools and training for the team.

He also worked as a product manager at 3D-printing pioneer company, SOLS (where he was formerly a senior software engineer), leading a cross-functional, product-driven team composed of product designers, developers, user insight research, and bio-mechanical engineers to deliver seamless, intuitive user experiences and integrations across web, mobile, and physical product.

From before that and till now, he was and is a software engineer.
